Deborah France graduated from Belle Vernon Area High School, she attended California University of PA and was a graduate of Penn Foster Career School with a degree as an interior decorator.

Deborah stated working for the original owners, Audrey and John Lindsay in 1980 and purchased the business in 1994.

She is a member of the Belle Vernon Area Rotary club, serving as the President in 2009-2010. She received her Paul Harris Fellow award in 2011. She is on the executive board of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber, where she serves as treasurer.

Deborah was awarded the Shing Star award from the chamber in 2017. She is the treasurer of the Charleroi Park Trustees and served as Vice President of the Charleroi Borough Council from 2013-2018. She is a member of the Athene Club of Charleroi.

Deborah’s hobbies include antiquing, creating stained glass suncatchers, working in her garden and spending time with family and friends.
